It is discouraging to know that our merit and effort are often overshadowed by external factors that we have no control over. As black people, we need to demand fairness and equal treatment in all aspects of life, including education, career, and everyday interactions.

It is important to raise awareness and challenge stereotypes that limit our potential and opportunities. We must also support and empower each other and create our networks to provide mentorship and guidance to future generations of black leaders in law and other fields.

We must remind ourselves and others that our skin color does not define our intelligence, skills, or worth in society. We are capable and deserving of success and recognition, and it is time for the world to recognize our brilliance and contribution to the community.

Let us continue to strive for a world where racial discrimination is eradicated, and everyone is given a fair and equal chance to succeed. Together, we can break the barriers and build a better future for ourselves and future generations.
